Peter Foss - Principal and Sales EngineerPeter Foss, principal and sales engineer in the New England office of HTS in Boston, has achieved success in the HVAC industry for decades. During his tenure at HTS, Foss served as project engineer and MEP project manager for a major New England hospital project. The project included the design of a 5,000-ton chiller plant, a 300,000-square-foot surgical building and a 200,000-square-foot office building. Foss, who began his career as an engineering project manager, also has served as a project engineer and project manager for two large design firms in Boston. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. Jeff Ritchie-Principal and New England Managing DirectorJeff Ritchie has been designing and selling successful HVAC systems for decades. He founded the Boston-area office of HTS in 1997 after working for a manufacturer's representative firm for 15 years. Ritchie has overseen the expansion of the HTS Boston office in recent years and has provided air handling, chiller and control systems to many of the research, health care and technology facilities in the Boston area. Ritchie graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. |
